You must have read on many forums and communities if you visit that people saying bad things about ibuypower. There are many people who don't like ibuypower. The most common reason for disliking ibuypower is it's slow delivery. Sorry, very slow delivery. Many people who order do not get their laptops on time. A lot of them don't. ibuypower needs to improve upon this! They say the customer service is very bad. I've heard some people saying the ibuypower guys don't respond well. Conclusion after reading lots of forums- Bad delivery! But that doesn't mean that ibuypower will cheat you. They are a big trusted company. I doubt they will ever cheat. Slow delivery but they will deliver for sure.
